On joining Glad Tidings Bible College, students are expected to understand the methods and purpose of their training. The students come to College from various backgrounds and with different expectation. The administration accepts them with a view that by the time they leave, their character will have been transformed toward Christ-likeness.
In order to achieve this, Leadership Training Program was instituted, which is named Character Observation Development and Evaluation (CODE). The details are well laid down in the College Prospectus.
